Modern Industrialized Production
Modern industrialized production relies on specialized machinery to enhance both efficiency and consistency. Key equipment utilized includes laser cutters and cutting tables for fabric preparation; electric sewing machines for stitching; cotton carding machines, stuffing machines, and feeding systems for filling; and eyelet-punching machines for assembly. Quality control procedures involve the use of various inspection tools, such as tension testers, electronic scales, vernier calipers, micrometers, and needle detectors. In certain industrial clusters within China-such as the Ankang region in Shaanxi Province-plush toy manufacturers have established fully integrated supply chains. These operations boast a daily production capacity of up to 1.5 million units, with production workflows encompassing every stage from initial design and raw material procurement to final logistics and distribution.
