Our factory prioritizes the feel of these cozy stuffed animals. We source cloud-like super soft plush from a major fabric mill. This plush costs more than regular short plush, but the texture is far superior. We do not cut costs by using cheaper fabrics. The filling is high-loft PP cotton. For the same volume, high-loft cotton weighs only half as much as regular cotton, making the toy very light.

 

We use five automatic filling machines. Workers control the amount of filling: too little makes the toy flat, and too much makes it firm. We aim for a full yet soft feel. Our workers have years of experience and a keen sense for achieving the perfect softness.

Our sewing department has 200 machines and over 100 workers. When sewing these cozy stuffed animals, the stitches must not be too tight-tight stitches cause wrinkles and make the toy feel rough. Our workers know how to adjust.

Each toy goes through three self-checks. Workers feel the toy to ensure softness and inspect for fabric pilling or bulging stitches. Only toys that pass these checks are packed.

Many customers ask about warranties. We offer a 7-day no-reason return service. Please open the package promptly upon receipt. If the toy is dirty, broken, or does not feel right, send us a photo or video. We will inspect the issue and either repair, replace, or refund the item. Late returns are not accepted.
