This bendable plush measures 30 to 50 cm. We use high-elasticity fabric. This fabric stretches and then returns to its original shape. The filling is soft PP cotton with a built-in wire inside. This product is good for kids aged 5 and up. The wires are inside the arms and legs. You can bend the arm up or down. You can twist the leg into any angle. After you bend it, the wire stays in place. Our factory uses a special method to make this product. The wire has a soft rubber coating on the outside. This coating stops the wire from poking through the fabric. When we sew, we first put the wire into the fabric of the arms and legs. Then we add the soft PP cotton. The wire must be right in the middle. If it is off-center, the pose will not look good. Our sewing team has over 100 workers. One group only makes bendable toys. They have made many different models, so they have a lot of experience. We cut the fabric with 20 laser cutting machines. The arm and leg pieces are long and thin. The laser makes the cut very accurate. We sew with 200 professional sewing machines. When sewing the limbs, we use tight stitches. The wire moves around inside. Loose stitches can break.

We use 5 automatic filling machines, but for the limbs, we put less cotton. Too much cotton makes the wire hard to bend. Our workers adjust the filling amount for each toy. After making each bendable plush, we do 3 self-checks. The workers bend each limb to see if it stays in place. They also check if the wire springs back. Then they make sure no wire is sticking out. For example, in week one, we show you the fabric and cutting. In week two, we show sewing and filling halfway done. In week three, we show packing and shipping.
