Our Factory Has the Right Machines

Then we cut the fabric with 20 laser cutting machines. The edges are clean and straight. We have over 100 sewing workers. They focus on custom mascots. Each mascot has a different shape. We use 5 automatic filling machines to put the cotton inside. These machines work together. They fill thousands of dolls in one day. Before packing, every community mascot doll goes through 3 quality checks. We check the logo position. We make sure the colors are right. We also look for loose stitches. Once you confirm your order, we make a sample for you to see. Then we start mass production. The sample fee comes off your final payment. We make 500,000 pieces per month.
