Hard Work Starts with the Pattern
Our factory has a lot of experience with custom products. Our R&D team has 5 people. When they get your pet's photos, they draw a pattern first. This is the hardest step. Pets are not round or square. They have ears, a nose, four legs, and a tail. Our team studies the photos and draws the pattern little by little. Once the pattern is ready, we cut the fabric with 20 laser cutting machines. The cut is very precise. Then our 100+ sewing workers start their job. They sew each body part by following the pattern. They leave a small opening for filling. We use 5 automatic filling machines to stuff the cotton. After filling, workers close the opening by hand. They look at your pet's photo again. Then they add a black embroidered nose and embroidered eyes. Some toys get special safety eyes instead.
Quality Check and Custom Options
Every pet memorial plush is compared to your pet's photo at the end. We check the fur color, the shape, and the face details. Many customers ask if we support OEM or private label. Yes, we are a factory that works from drawings or from samples. We also support OEM orders. You can have your pet's name or important dates embroidered on the bottom of the paw. We have 20 computer embroidery machines that work fast. After we finalize the design, we make a sample in 7 days. You check the sample first. If you are happy with the look, we start mass production.
