These mascot stuffed animals are 30 to 50 cm in size. We use custom printed fabric. You send us your mascot drawing. Then we print the fabric. The filling is eco-friendly PP cotton. It is safe and has no bad smell. This product works for all ages. It is made for sports events, music festivals, company parties, and shopping mall promotions. We can add your event slogan on the body of the toy. For example, "2026 World Cup" or "30th Anniversary of XX Company." The slogan can be embroidered or printed on the fabric.

Our factory has 20 computer embroidery machines. If you choose embroidery, the machines make the words very clear. Even small letters are easy to read. If you prefer a printed slogan, we use heat transfer. The colors are bright. They do not wash off easily. Our R&D team has 5 people. They turn your mascot drawing into a pattern for production. Then we send the pattern to our cutting department. We use 20 laser cutting machines to cut the fabric. Every piece comes out the same size. There is no mistake. Our sewing department has 200 sewing machines and more than 100 workers. They work in a production line. Some workers sew the head only. Others sew the body. Others sew the arms and legs. At the end, they put all the parts together.

We fill the toys with 5 automatic filling machines. These machines work fast. They can fill thousands of product in one day. After each toy is finished, we run 3 quality checks. First, we check the stitching. Second, we check the filling and shape. Third, we check the slogan's text and position. Everything must pass before packing. One common question from customers is whether repeat orders are faster. Yes, they are faster. The first order takes time because we make patterns, test samples, and confirm the process. For repeat orders, the pattern and process are already set. We go straight to production. So the delivery time is much shorter. One customer ordered event mascots for the first year. Then they came back for more the next year. We delivered in just 10 days. Our monthly capacity is 500,000 pieces. Our production line can always take new orders.
