We source medical-grade PP cotton from reputable manufacturers, and every batch comes with a test report. In the production workshop, workers wear clean uniforms and gloves to prevent contamination. Cutting and sewing are done in a controlled, hygienic environment. Before filling, the cotton is checked for impurities. After each doll is completed, it passes through a metal detection machine to ensure no broken needles remain. A final self-check is performed before packing, and only dolls that pass all inspections are packaged.

We accept third-party inspections. You may send your own team or hire an inspection company. During inspection, already packed boxes can be opened, or random dolls can be selected for testing. We also provide a 7-day no-reason after-sales service. Please inspect your package promptly upon receipt. If any doll is dirty or damaged, provide photos, and we will address the issue. Late returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.
