Our factory specializes in character co soft toys. The size is fully customizable based on the character's proportions-you tell us the desired height, and we make it to match. We use high-quality, color-matched fabric. You choose the fabric, and we source it, trying to find materials that closely resemble the original character, especially for cartoon designs.
The filling is eco-friendly PP cotton, which has no unpleasant odor and meets environmental standards. This toy is suitable for children aged 3 years and above. The core feature is precise detail replication. Every element of the character-hats, scarves, tails, ears, and more-is recreated according to your original image. If you provide official authorization, we can produce officially licensed products with even higher accuracy.
Our factory covers 3,000 square meters, and all production-from raw material sourcing to final packing-is completed in-house.
Full In-House Production
Raw materials are inspected upon arrival. Only after passing inspection are they sent to the cutting workshop, where 20 Yadea laser machines ensure highly accurate shapes. Embroidery is completed on 20 computer embroidery machines, including details like eyes, eyebrows, mouths, and clothing logos. We do not use plastic accessories, which can detach easily and are unsafe for young children.
Our sewing team operates 200 machines and consists of experienced workers whose stitching is precise and consistent. Five automatic filling machines evenly distribute cotton, ensuring each plush toy stands stably. Every character plush goes through three self-checks before packing, along with frequent spot checks at a high sampling ratio.
On-Time Delivery Guarantee
Clients often ask how we ensure timely delivery. We assign a dedicated order coordinator who monitors production from day one. Every 3–5 days, they check progress and immediately address issues such as machine breakdowns or delayed materials. Weekly updates with photos or videos keep you informed about every stage of production.
